Match issue Manchester City 2008 2009 EPL third shirt Hamann 21 Le Coq

This is the shirt issued to Didi Hamann for a Premier league match in the 2008/09 season. He was an unused sub in the matches vs Bolton and Villa in which they used this design shirt. I may have overlooked a match this design has been used so could be worn but more likely its an issued/bench worn shirt.
